  A lovely little place right in the "Ring of Kerry". It's professionally run, which isn't a bad thing, per sé. Don't expect a "family atmosphere" though.
  
  The Rooms are big, bright and most importantly clean. If you "do the Ring" (a phrase I just invented but I'm sure will catch on) give it a go...
  
  Who are you to question Charlie Chaplin?
  ( a reference to Charlie Chaplin who stayed in Waterville. Meaning that if you are on the fence whether or not to come to Waterville... Charlie did, so you shouldn't even have to think twice ;-)

  We stayed here as a family of four on a very wet and rainy day/night. We were slightly late for check in but we were warmly welcomed by Mary, who showed us around and offered us coffee/tea/dinner recommendations. We stayed in room 6 on the ground floor and it was very spacious with 2 single beds and a queen size bed. There was ample space for our luggage and to walk around the room. The room is en suite with toilet facilities and clean towels. We also managed to have a short chat with John and Karen the following morning. Thankfully we were advised that the route anticlockwise on the Ring of Kerry was flooded and closed and hence we were able to make alternative plans. The breakfast prepared for us was really yummy. We had an ala Carte option accompanied by a buffet spread of fresh fruits and cereal. WiFi signal is strong, and parking is available. In all, we enjoyed our short but cosy stay here and would recommend it to others too.

  We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect, our hosts, made us feel very welcome. We had very clean spacious rooms with plenty of towels, toiletries, comfortable beds and fine freshly prepared breakfasts the following morning, all presented in a very friendly, homely manner.
